Google 'Unlawfully' Preserves Play Store Monopoly, US States Allege in Lawsuit

US state and district attorneys general sued Google on Wednesday, alleging that it bought off competitors and used restrictive contracts to unlawfully maintain a monopoly for its app store on Android phones.
